Yes, Adam, I expect that’s exactly what they’re doing 
It’s a little-known fact that their managing director is a gardening nut. I believe he holds the National Collection of petunias; perhaps he wants to bring a little horticultural sunshine into our humdrum lives.

I vote station Lido! Nothing better than getting off at Greenwich station after a hot, cramped and horrible commute then jumping straight into the cool waters of a pool

They are building a new hall of residence, housing etc there so maybe something linked to that.
The new halls of residence and housing are on the old Greenwich Industrial Estate site southwest of the station. The area in question is on the other side of the tracks, on Tarves Way, north of the station…
