A Date For Your Diary
Greenwich Market is going to have another consultation.
It's a tiny window event - just this Friday 24th - 4.00pm to 8.00pm and Saturday 25th !0.00am to 4.00pm. After that the exhibition boards will be on show at 5b Greenwich Market from 9 am to 5 pm from Monday 27th April to Sunday 3rd May.
Generally, although this new design doesn't exactly sparkle, it's a whole lot better than previous versions. I can't see them on the design and I really hope that the Greenwich Hospital Trust haven't gone in for facadism here - where they just keep the look of the place whilst getting rid of the real history behind it.
I was chatting about them to Rod the other day, and he said that in their own way, those buildings are as important as the "Just weight..." sign above the market entranceI would normally put this on the Parish News but I thought I'd bump it up to the Index - because I can...

Er, you may want to consider a quick edit of this post Phantom - or you may have gone mad. Who knows....Looking forward to having a look at this though..

Still a bit weird actually darling
