It's St Alfege I feel sorry for, dragged through the streets by the Danes, and now people are misbehaving in his passage. What is the world coming to?
I didn't hear anything about this over the weekend and I'm not sure I know anyone who went... which is a shame.
I had the joy of being told i "Couldn't walk that way" by a group of teenage girls one night about a month ago - because their friend was busy peeing in the passage!!
But the police surely could pick a better time for a meeting than 7.30pm on a Friday night with only 24 hours notice?!
Equally I wonder what suggestions they'll put in place that could actually work? I witnessed my neighbour's fence being kicked in over the weekend, purely by kids who had nothing better to do with their weekend. Sad really. you would have thought the pouring rain would have made them stay inside and play computer games at least!
