Normally a feed comes with a link such as:
http://www.thegreenwichphantom.co.uk/phantom.xml
I suspect this needs to be supplied to setup an RSS feed (including Livejournal).
Whilst we're on the subject I'd also like to plug:

It's been feeling rather neglected recently!
It's already done, Alexander. Go to http://phantomg.livejournal.com/ and you can read your daily dose of Phantom from there, should you so desire.
