I'm sorry to report that The Westcombe Society's Dickensian Fair was last week, I'm afraid, (though do try to make next year's if you can) and I can't find any news about either the Blackheath or Greenwich Societies doing anything similar. If any of you know of any fairs this weekend, do let me know! Of course the weekend after, The Friends of East Greenwich Pleasaunce will be having a little carol and mulled wine event on the 2nd December - but that's not really a fair as such.

Dont forget the "new" Blackheath Christmas Lights are to be switched on at 4.30 on Saturday 1st December. There is generally something more going on than just the lights.
There is the Franco-British Christmas Market in the Blackheath Halls this weekend - http://events.newsshopper.co.uk/disp.asp?i=41090
Christchurch on the Trafalgar Rd are having a Christmas Fair this Saturday.
And Woodlands Farm on Shooters Hill are having a Christmas bazaar on Sunday.

oh i love a christmaas fair. do you know what time the Christchurch one starts on Saturday?
Don't forget the Greenwich Lights and event in the market starting 3pm on the 30th Nov.
