Jools Holland on R4

Anyone listening to Book of the Week? It’s Jools Holland, reading from his memoirs Barefaced Lies and Boogie-Woogie Boasts, and has some great stories about his rock & roll lifestyle – and his affinity with Greenwich. Frankly, I’d enjoy it more if someone else was reading it – he has an annoying, stilted style when reading that he doesn’t have when he’s improvising – but it’s still interesting.
