I can't believe they got an offer for £575,000 and they turned it down!! FOOLS!
Talk about greed to market it for a 100,000 more than the estate agent's valuation.
I guess the 'North Greenwich' location went to their heads.

Since when was North Greenwich an area? I thought it was a tube station!
What amazes me is the way on all these programmes they ignore the 'expert'. They didn't have a clue, blinded by pure greed.
Where was the bijoux bar they were all having orange juice in?
Does anyone know if it has sold yet? I know it didn't for a long time (which obviously serves them right for being so greedy in the first place).
I have walked down there reasonably recently and it had a "sold" sign outside - but how much it went for isn't public kniwledge yet...
Let's hope that delightful pair didn't just decide to stay there themselves thus foisting htemselves on us...
I couldn't work out where the bar was - we freeze-framed it and still couldn't work out where it was. Anyone have any clues?
